Hot Yoga

I’ve been guiding weekly public hot yoga classes since 2015; you can find me at Balanced Hot Yoga (1669 Willamette St). I guide classes intuitively and with a steady and consistent style. Each practice is different and tailored to the practitioners in the room. All levels of experience are welcome and encouraged. The space often fills up, so register in advance to secure your spot.

My hot yoga schedule is:

Friday 4:30-5:45pm

Sunday 8:30-9:30am & 10-11:15am
