Sound healing is intended to be an experience of receiving, releasing and relaxing. Make yourself comfortable and give yourself permission to receive the healing effects of the sounds of various instruments (like crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, wind wands, shruti box, an ocean drum, thunder drum, crystal pyramid, gong and more). Release the things that come up in the experience, allow your attention to settle on the sound - taking the opportunity to give your mind a break from the chatter, and your body a break from the stress of life.
